Nutrition

The food we eat is more than just fuel; it’s a source of healing, comfort, and strength. When we've been through tough times, like dealing with emotional scars or rebuilding ourselves, what we eat can be a powerful ally.
Imagine your body as a garden. Just like plants thrive with the right soil and water, our bodies flourish with nourishing foods. Foods rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants are like sunshine and rain for our inner garden, helping to heal us from the inside out.
But it's not just about the physical benefits. Eating well can also lift our spirits and improve our mood. There's something incredibly uplifting about preparing a colorful, healthy meal for ourselves. It’s an act of self-care and love – a reminder that we are worthy of good things.

Music

Music possesses an extraordinary power, a gentle yet profound ability to touch our hearts and minds, offering solace and joy in times of need. For many, including myself, it has been a steadfast companion on the journey of healing. The melodies and harmonies transcend mere sound; they become a language of emotion, speaking to us in ways words often cannot. Music can be a mirror, reflecting our deepest feelings, or a window, offering new perspectives and insights. It soothes the soul, lifts the spirits, and can even help to reframe painful memories into a narrative of growth and resilience.

Study

We can't heal if we can't understand what we need to do so and we can't know that unless we study. Study brings understanding and that is the first step on our journey to healing. 
The most important subject to study first is ourselves. When we've lived through trauma often the last person we think about is ourselves, we are stuck in survival mode and only know how to do that. often too being in survival mode means pleasing others first and trying to make everyone happy, forgetting about ourselves. This is the course I took to discover myself at 53 years old. It quite literally changed my life. For the first time I knew what I wanted and who I was (I'm still learning). It started me on the path to creating the life of my dreams and living a life filled with purpose. 

Synergy

How do you put it all together? The word synergy means that two or more elements put together are stronger than if they are used separately. This is what I found on my healing journey. It's how I was able to go from an absolute broken mess too terrified to think about the future to being happy and at peace with a thriving business doing what I love. 

In this course I have put it all together to show how it is possible to get from where you are to even further than you think you want to be. I'll show you exactly the steps I took, share my resources and all I've learned so that you too can live the life of your dreams.
