As the meditation progresses, this celestial light slowly fills every part of the body, from the crown down to the toes, infusing each cell with vitality and a sense of divine presence.
Once the body is completely filled with this luminous energy, the focus shifts to the Earth beneath. I visualize a rich, nurturing green energy rising from the ground, entering through the soles of my feet. This vibrant earth energy ascends through the body, mingling with the white light, symbolizing the harmonious balance between earthly grounding and spiritual transcendence.
