When you’ve been told who to be, what to say, what to believe… it can take time to remember your own voice.

This meditation is not here to give you answers — it’s here to help you feel safe enough to ask your own questions.

To listen inward, without fear or pressure. To come home to the part of you that always knew.

You don’t need to explain yourself.
You don’t need to fix anything.

Just sit with yourself, as you are. Let this be a beginning

Reflection Prompts

After listening, you might wish to journal with one or more of these:

​

  • What am I afraid to say out loud — even just to myself?

  • What feels true in my body right now?

  • Where have I been silencing myself to stay safe?

  • What does my inner voice sound like when I really listen?

  • If I could speak freely, without fear or judgement, what would I say?

 You don’t have to answer all of these. Choose what speaks to you. This is your space.
