Writing, guidance, and practices
for times of change
This is my author home, a place for thoughtful writing, guided meditations, and gentle tools to support you through change, loss, and new beginnings.
Through words, reflection, and quiet practices, I share support for times of transition, whether you’re healing, starting over, or simply longing to feel more at home in yourself.

What you’ll find here
There’s rarely a single thing that helps us heal or begin again. More often, it’s a quiet layering, words that help us understand ourselves, practices that bring calm, and gentle guidance that steadies us through change.
This space is built around that idea.
Everything you’ll find here is rooted in lived experience, my own, and others who have walked similar paths. Over time, I learned that healing didn’t come from one answer or one technique, but from small, supportive practices working together: writing, meditation, reflection, and guidance that met me where I was.
Some things helped. Some didn’t. What remains here are the tools that truly made a difference, the ones that helped me move from deep exhaustion and grief to a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and quietly joyful. Not a life that looks fine from the outside, but one that feels peaceful on the inside too.
There’s nothing here you need to follow perfectly, and no version of yourself you need to become. You’re invited to take what feels supportive, leave what doesn’t, and move at your own pace.
If you’d like to explore what’s available, you can visit the Healing Tools page for a gentle overview of the resources on this site, including writing prompts, guided meditations, and reflective practices — and see what feels right for you right now.
La Forêt Intérieure — the inner forest — is a quiet place to return to yourself, with gentle reflections inspired by nature, seasons, and life lived slowly in rural France.

The Synergy Game is a quiet, honest exploration of what it means to rebuild yourself when life changes in ways you never expected.
When everything Georgia Clare once knew fell away, she returned to the practices that had always helped her find her footing, writing, gratitude, meditation, yoga, music, movement, and time in nature. Not as quick fixes, but as steady companions through loss, uncertainty, and starting again.
This book weaves together personal reflection and practical insight, showing how small, supportive practices, used together, can gently restore clarity, calm, and a sense of purpose. Each chapter offers lived experience, simple guidance, and reminders that healing doesn’t arrive all at once, but through consistent, caring steps.
Written for anyone who has felt lost, untethered, or unsure of who they are becoming, The Synergy Game is both a memoir and a guide, grounded, human, and deeply reassuring.
At its heart, this is a book about coming back to yourself. About finding meaning after upheaval. And about discovering that even after profound change, a life that feels intentional, authentic, and quietly fulfilling is still possible.

Ashes & Wildflowers
Ashes and Wildflowers is a quiet, tender collection of poems for the moments when life breaks open, and something new begins.
Written for times of grief, heartbreak, and deep change, these poems sit gently with loss while offering space for healing, self-discovery, and the courage to begin again. They speak to the woman finding her way through uncertainty, learning to trust herself, and slowly realising that even after devastation, beauty can return.
This is poetry about the small, often unnoticed moments where healing takes root, the pause, the breath, the quiet decision to keep going. About rebuilding a life that feels peaceful and meaningful. And about allowing the heart to open again, not from need or longing, but from strength, self-respect, and truth.
Each poem offers a soft place to land for anyone navigating grief, anxiety, or the aftermath of love lost. Together, they trace a gentle path from sorrow to steadiness, from ashes to wildflowers.
Ashes and Wildflowers is a reminder that healing isn’t a single moment, but a gradual unfolding. That love can return in new, grounded ways. And that even after everything changes, you can still find your way home to yourself.
